One Click Inside Google™ Workspace, and Any Document Becomes Provable

edeXa Verify & Certify is now officially live on the Google™ Workspace Marketplace - which means millions of businesses can anchor a contract, certificate or report on the edeXa Layer 1 without leaving the file they are already working in. Getting through Google™'s OAuth verification, independent security assessment and privacy review took months of intensive team work, and it opens a global distribution channel that ties real usage directly to the network.

One Click Inside Google™ Workspace, and Any Document Becomes Provable

Investor & Community Newsletter - August 2026

The last two months have not been quiet at edeXa. Across July and August, our development teams and edeXa Labs worked in tight coordination, refining the roadmap, shipping connector improvements, and moving the Google™ Workspace review through its final gates. Progress has been steady, focused, and deliberately under the radar - exactly the kind of work that makes a public launch possible.

And now, that work turns into a headline.

We are live on the Google™ Workspace Marketplace. edeXa Verify & Certify is now officially listed and installable by any Google™ Workspace organization in the world - from a two-person studio to a multinational with a hundred thousand seats.

edeXa onchain now with Google™

1. Why this is a step change

Google™ Workspace is used by more than 3 billion users and over 11 million paying organizations. Being listed means edeXa is no longer something a company has to discover, evaluate and then integrate. It is one click away, inside the software those teams already open every morning.

  • Distribution at internet scale - a global storefront in front of millions of business accounts
  • Zero-friction adoption - install from the Marketplace, no infrastructure project, no migration
  • Credibility by association - Google™ verified our app, our security posture and our data handling before approving the listing
  • A repeatable channel - the first listing is the hardest; the next connectors follow the same approved path
2. What edeXa Verify & Certify actually does

It brings verifiable proof directly into Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and Gmail. A document is certified with a cryptographic fingerprint anchored to the edeXa Layer 1 mainnet, and anyone - inside or outside the organization - can verify later that the file is authentic and unchanged.

  • Certify any document without leaving Google™ Workspace
  • Tamper-evident proof anchored on a public Layer 1, verifiable by third parties
  • The original file never leaves the customer environment - only the fingerprint is anchored
  • Verification works years later, independently of edeXa or Google™
3. Benefits for enterprises
  • Audit and compliance - a defensible evidence trail for regulators, auditors and courts
  • Contracts and signatures - proof of exactly what was agreed, and when
  • Fraud prevention - forged invoices, certificates and reports become detectable in seconds
  • No change management - teams keep their existing workflow, so adoption does not require training programs
  • Privacy by design - content stays private, only proof is public
4. Benefits for everyday users

This is not only an enterprise tool. Anyone with a Google™ account can use it.

  • Freelancers proving a proposal or deliverable was not altered
  • Universities and training providers issuing certificates that can be checked instantly
  • Individuals certifying rental agreements, IDs of ownership, reports or creative work
  • Journalists and researchers timestamping source material
5. Getting here was not easy

A Marketplace listing of this kind is not a form submission. It is a review process, and Google™ sets the bar deliberately high.

  • OAuth verification - every scope justified, minimized and re-argued until only the strictly necessary permissions remained
  • Independent security assessment - external review of our application security, infrastructure and incident handling
  • Data handling and privacy - documented data flows, retention, deletion and transfer limitations, aligned with our published privacy policy
  • Brand and product review - listing assets, naming, screenshots and in-product experience reviewed for enterprise readiness
  • Engineering hardening - repeated iteration cycles between the connector team, security and legal over several months

Our engineering, security and legal teams worked through every round of feedback without shortcuts. That work is now permanent infrastructure: the compliance posture we built to pass this review is the same posture we bring to every future connector and every enterprise conversation.

6. What it means for the network

Every certification created inside Google™ Workspace anchors to the edeXa mainnet. Distribution now feeds real network usage - not announcements, but transactions produced by everyday business work. That is the flywheel we have been building toward: enterprise software on one side, a public Layer 1 on the other, and no friction in between.

7. What is next
  • Additional connectors following the now-approved Google™ review path
  • Deeper Drive and Gmail workflows for regulated industries
  • Continued expansion of the connector marketplace at edxconnector.edexa.network
  • Progress updates shared here first, with detailed metrics reserved for private investor sessions

Thank you to our community and investors for the steady support. Millions of new eyes can now find edeXa where they already work.
