The honest constraint

Every serious conversation with an enterprise reaches the same sentence: we are not replacing our systems. The ERP stays. The document management system stays. The warehouse software stays. Whatever we offer has to arrive as an addition, not a migration.

That constraint is the reason edeXa invests in connectors rather than asking anyone to move their data onto a chain.

How a connector actually behaves

A connector listens for an event that already happens in an existing system - a document is approved, a batch is released, a delivery is signed off - takes a fingerprint of the record, and anchors that fingerprint on edeXa. The record itself stays exactly where compliance requires it to stay.

The use cases this opens

Supply chain and logistics. Batch and delivery records become independently verifiable, so a dispute about what shipped and when has an answer that neither side can quietly edit.

Document-heavy operations. Contracts, certificates and reports gain a timestamp and integrity proof at the moment they are finalised, not retroactively.

Regulated reporting. Audit trails become checkable by a third party without granting that party access to the underlying data.

Where we are, precisely

The connector portal is live at edxconnector.edexa.network, the Google Workspace integration is published, and further integrations are in development. Where pilots exist, they are pilots - and we will name them only when the partner is happy for us to.
